The Gouri Cultural and Educational Association was established in 1995. This non-political organization published their first magazine Darpan, in the same year having Prof. Bimal Kumar Mukhopadhyay as chief editor, Prof. Dilip Bhattacharya as the president and Prof. Dipankar Mallik as the editor. Later the same was changed as a same titled magazine then existed outside. The new magazine "Tabu Ekalavya" was published in 23rd Sept. 1995 and soon a research magazine called "Sandhan" was published too. ...
